Was hired at the Bouqs Company to revamp and lead it’s CRM function when the company was in high growth mode at $35M in yearly revenue. Over time role expanded to also lead partnership and affiliate marketing as part of the broader eCommerce team.

Led a team of three to evolve the CRM function tasked with driving repeat purchase activity and increasing LTV
Revamped CRM tech stack by implementing Amperity as a CDP, and Wunderkind to improve personalized site and email experiences
Evolved customer marketing from email only to include paid social, search, and direct mail as part of larger engagement strategy
Led partnership marketing efforts with Fandango and AT&T which were the biggest new customer acquisition growth drivers during peak periods
RESULTS
Drove 55% growth in managed marketing channels, contributing to company revenue expansion from $35M to $50M in 2 years
Executed comprehensive CRM strategy across email, mobile, and social channels, increasing retention revenue by 55% YoY
